Can I return items purchased in the PupShop?

If anything is broken or defective we'll provide you with a replacement of a full refund. 

If we’ve sent you something that you just don't like, we’ll take it back free of charge if it meets the following:

1. Unused and in new condition (no use, original packaging and tags)

2.  It hasn't expired (if edible/consumable)
